•1949 Started in Kenpo Karate at age of 10.
•Fought for the Police Athletic League early 50s as boxer in Golden Gloves
•1955 Opened my first Dojo (Karate School)
•1957 Marine Corps Boxer and Bodybuilder
•1958-1961 Japan Shotokai Karate under Kenjiro Kawanabe Sensei
•1961 Legend name becomes official
•1962 Trained UN Guards self-defence
•1962 Legend warriors in Madison Square Garden
